Meet Your Host
Melinda Pawlikowski, PA, FDN-P

I spent years doing all the “right” things like eating well, exercising, getting enough sleep and still feeling exhausted. Even with my background as a Physician Assistant, I found myself sitting in a doctor’s office hearing that my labs looked normal when I knew I didn’t feel like myself.

During my years working in primary care, I also saw how often women struggled with fatigue and other symptoms without getting the answers they were looking for.

Today I work with women who are still showing up for work and family, but perimenopause has left them running on empty. They push through the day, only to get home with little energy left for the people and things they care about.

My focus is to help women get their energy back, feel more like themselves again, and make perimenopause easier to navigate.

What my clients are saying

"After spending almost 1.5 years of chasing traditional medicine opinions and being told all my labs were "normal", I reached out to Melinda for help. With her generous guidance I am finally feeling myself again "
Krista, 42
"Melinda's approach was the first time I felt true understanding of my body, my symptoms and that I finally had the support I needed in perimenopause"
Jayme, 47
"Identifying the root causes instead of just treating symptoms is key. Melinda truly cares about her clients and is so thorough."
Rachael, 48
